Overview

Ateas UAW allows organisations to concurrently display many different views of customer configured real time data for UCCX queues and agents on any browser capable device.

How it Works

The UAW polls the Cisco UCCX using a number of APIs to gather agent and queue data and then reformats and displays the data for the configured wallboards.
