Add a person to the SCM as a supervisor
A supervisor can assign telephone agents to a CUCM hunt group or queue
From the Admin Console
- Click the Add button in the Supervisors section. This takes you to the Add Supervisor page.
- Search for the user and click the adjacent Add Supervisor link.
- Return back to the main console page and finalise the setting for each user.
- Click on the link for the Supervisor to assign agents, set the recording profile and a display name alias.
Remember to go to the queues and assign the supervisor to a queue
Tip: the wildcard for searches is %
Note: All SCM users must be set up in the CUCM with a primary DN (extension number)
