Add a person to the SCM as a supervisor

A supervisor can assign telephone agents to a CUCM hunt group or queue

From the Admin Console

  1. Click the Add button in the Supervisors section.  This takes you to the Add Supervisor page.
  2. Search for the user and click the adjacent Add Supervisor link.
  3. Return back to the main console page and finalise the setting for each user.
  4. Click on the link for the Supervisor to assign agents, set the recording profile and a display name alias.

Remember to go to the queues and assign the supervisor to a queue

Tip: the wildcard for searches is %

Note: All SCM users must be set up in the CUCM with a primary DN (extension number)
