Integrate Atea WCCD with Webex CC
- Go to https://dashboard.wxcc.ateasystems.com/
- Click Login
- Click Sign Up, follow prompts
- Confirm your account email
- Email support@ateasystems.com requesting the account to be linked to a new instance
- Once Atea has setup the account & instance, navigate to https://dashboard.wxcc.ateasystems.com/ and login with your account
- Click on the WxCC Admin menu item
- Click on the Request WxCC API Access Tokens button
- This will redirect to Webex, login with a Webex account backed by Cisco Webex Common Identity (CI) with a Contact Center Administrator role assigned on Control Hub and allow the integration scope.
- Email support@ateasystems.com once more to request the final steps of the integration to be completed
- Log a Cisco TAC case to request that ds-call-leg-state-api is enabled as this is still in Early Release
